To achieve this, Supreme Jobs maintains a comprehensive Information Security Management System (“ISMS”) certified under the ISO27001 standard. This system encompasses a structured approach to managing information security risks through continuous risk assessment and the implementation of robust, adaptive controls designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or damage.
Our security framework includes the use of advanced encryption technologies and secure storage solutions to ensure that candidate, client, and company administrator data is protected both at rest and in transit. Access to such data is strictly controlled through a combination of physical security measures and digital access controls, including role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication, and secure login protocols.
We place a strong emphasis on regular staff training and security awareness programs to ensure that all employees and contractors understand their responsibilities regarding data protection and the handling of sensitive information. Moreover, we maintain detailed documentation and procedures for incident detection, reporting, management, and resolution, enabling timely responses to any security events while minimizing potential impact.

7. PROCESSOR AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform partners with authorized third-party processors to facilitate key aspects of our platform’s functionality, including hosting, resume data extraction, payment processing, and analytics. These third parties include, but are not limited to, providers such as AWS for secure cloud hosting and AI-driven resume parsing, Stripe for payment gateway services, and various analytics service providers. All third-party processors engaged by Supreme Jobs are rigorously vetted to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and adhere to internationally recognized security standards such as ISO27001.
We maintain comprehensive Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with each third-party processor, as mandated under GDPR Article 28. These agreements clearly define the roles, responsibilities, and security obligations of each processor in relation to the personal data they handle on our behalf. In the event of any data breach or security incident, processors are contractually obligated to notify Supreme Jobs without undue delay and to cooperate fully with any investigations and mitigation efforts to minimize impact and comply with regulatory requirements.
Additionally, our Information Security Management System (ISMS) requires regular assessment and auditing of our suppliers’ information security controls and practices, consistent with ISO27001 supplier management requirements. This ongoing risk management process ensures that processors maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data throughout their service delivery.
For transparency and compliance, a current list of our third-party processors along with details of their relevant compliance certifications can be made available to users and clients upon request.
8. USE OF AI AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
The Platform employs AI technologies, including AWS Textract and ChatGPT, to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and personalization of its recruitment platform. These AI tools are primarily used to automate the pre-filling of candidate profiles by extracting and structuring data from uploaded resumes and documents, as well as to facilitate job matching by analyzing candidate qualifications against job requirements. The use of AI enables faster and more accurate processing, improving both candidate experience and employer effectiveness.
We recognize that certain decisions made by AI constitute automated decision-making or profiling under applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In compliance with GDPR Article 22, automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on users are accompanied by clear explanations; detailed information regarding the logic involved, the significance, and the envisaged consequences of such processing is provided in our Privacy Policy. Furthermore, users have the right to request human intervention, to express their point of view, and to contest decisions made solely by automated means.
All AI-driven data processing activities are comprehensively documented and subject to regular internal reviews to ensure fairness, accuracy, transparency, and mitigation of bias. Supreme Jobs implements governance mechanisms—including explainability tools, audit logs, and bias testing pipelines—to monitor algorithmic outcomes and uphold ethical standards.

Furthermore, you are entitled to data portability, meaning you can request your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format to transfer it to another data controller, where technically feasible (Article 20).
At any point, you may withdraw your consent for processing activities, including marketing communications. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If you have concerns or complaints about how your personal data is handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with an appropriate supervisory authority, such as the data protection regulator in your jurisdiction.
The platform is committed to respecting and facilitating these rights and will respond to all valid requests within one month of receipt, as mandated by GDPR. 11. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (DPO) & AUDITS
The Platform has appointed a dedicated Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) to oversee compliance with data protection laws and ensure the privacy and security of all personal data processed through the platform. The DPO plays a central role in promoting and monitoring adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection requirements.
The responsibilities of the DPO include conducting regular and comprehensive compliance audits covering data retention practices, information security measures, and the lawful processing of personal data. These audits ensure that Supreme Jobs maintains rigorous standards and promptly identifies and addresses any areas of non-compliance or risk.
In addition, the DPO provides essential guidance and assistance in carrying out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new platform features, updates, or third-party processors that may affect user privacy. This proactive approach helps identify and mitigate potential privacy risks before they materialize.
The DPO serves as the primary point of contact for all users, clients, and regulatory bodies regarding any privacy-related questions, concerns, or requests for exercising data subject rights. Contact details for the DPO are transparently made available in the privacy section of the platform jobs website to facilitate prompt and direct communication.
12. CHANGES & UPDATES
The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) at any time to reflect changes in the services offered, modifications in applicable laws or regulations, enhancements to security standards, or updates in privacy practices. Such updates may include, but are not limited to, adjustments necessary to comply with evolving legal requirements like GDPR, improvements in information security aligned with ISO27001 standards, or changes resulting from technology advancements and user feedback.
When substantive changes are made, the platform will provide clear and timely communication to all users through appropriate channels, such as email notifications or prominent announcements on the platform. Notification will be provided within any legally mandated period to ensure users have sufficient time to review and understand the updates before they take effect.
To ensure proper document control and regulatory compliance, all versions of the T&Cs along with associated policies and procedures are maintained using a robust version-controlled documentation system. This system logs changes, authorship, approval dates, and version histories in accordance with the ISO27001 information security management requirements, facilitating transparency, auditability, and continuous improvement in governance.
By continuing to use the platform after any such changes are communicated, users agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions. If users do not agree with the changes, they are entitled to discontinue use of the platform and close their accounts according to the procedures outlined in these T&Cs.
