Our story
The Supreme Jobs recruitment platform was created out of frustration and a genuine desire to fix what wasn’t working. For over 30 years, I led a successful recruitment business and saw the industry from every angle, agency recruiting, corporate hiring, high-volume staffing, specialized roles, and long-term workforce planning. Over time, one reality became impossible to ignore: the recruitment system is broken for both candidates and hiring companies.
I watched qualified candidates get overlooked, not because they lacked skills or motivation, but because they couldn’t get past outdated filters, keyword-driven platforms, or impersonal processes that never captured who they really were. At the same time, I saw good companies waste time, money, and energy cycling through bad hires and high turnover, not because they didn’t care, but because they didn’t have the right tools.

I reached a point where working around the system was no longer enough. I didn’t want to keep compensating for broken tools, I wanted to build something better.
So, I brought together a team of people with notable results in recruitment and technology development who share the same belief. Together, we combined decades of experience across recruitment, software development, business development, and technology innovation to reimagine how hiring should work.
