• Design and deliver personalized training programs based on each client’s goals and fitness level.

• Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as needed to ensure continued development.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and motivating training environment.

• Educate clients on fitness, nutrition, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits.

• Promote our services and actively participate in fitness events and community initiatives.

• Use our internal tools and apps to track client sessions and progress effectively.

• Valid Personal Trainer certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal or group fitness trainer (experience in boutique or premium gyms is a plus).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional attitude and genuine passion for fitness and wellness.

• Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
