About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Banking IT Systems Analyst to join our technology team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our banking systems and platforms. You will collaborate with various departments to implement new technologies, enhance processes, and support ongoing digital transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional IT specifications for banking applications and systems.

• Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of new software, upgrades, and system integrations.

• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Coordinate with vendors, developers, and internal teams to deliver technology projects on time and within budget.

• Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

• Ensure all IT systems comply with industry regulations and data security standards.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in banking IT.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience as a systems analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.

• Strong understanding of core banking systems, databases, and cybersecurity principles.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PCI DSS, or similar.
