About the Role:
Join our reputable insurance team as an Insurance Claims Adjuster. You will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and settling insurance claims in a fair and timely manner. This role requires a balanced approach, combining empathy for clients with a critical assessment of policy coverage and liability.
Key Responsibilities:

Review insurance claims submitted by policyholders, gathering all necessary documentation and evidence.

Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and relevant parties to establish facts and assess the validity of claims.

Inspect property, vehicles, or other assets involved in claims when required, either virtually or in person.

Analyze coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements within policy limits.

Prepare detailed reports, maintain accurate claim records, and communicate findings to clients and management.

Collaborate with legal, medical, and technical experts as needed for complex cases.

Stay current on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in claims adjustment or insurance administration is a plus.
