About the Role:
Join our reputable insurance team as an Insurance Claims Adjuster. You will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and settling insurance claims in a fair and timely manner. This role requires a balanced approach, combining empathy for clients with a critical assessment of policy coverage and liability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review insurance claims submitted by policyholders, gathering all necessary documentation and evidence.

• Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and relevant parties to establish facts and assess the validity of claims.

• Inspect property, vehicles, or other assets involved in claims when required, either virtually or in person.

• Analyze coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements within policy limits.

• Prepare detailed reports, maintain accurate claim records, and communicate findings to clients and management.

• Collaborate with legal, medical, and technical experts as needed for complex cases.

• Stay current on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in claims adjustment or insurance administration is a plus.

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.

• Proficient in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
