About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Personal Banking Advisor to join our branch network. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, providing tailored banking solutions and financial guidance. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring clients’ banking needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients’ banking needs, offering advice on products such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.

Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services based on customer profiles and needs.

Process account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions with high attention to accuracy and compliance.

Support customers with digital banking platforms and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.

Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of banking policies, regulatory requirements, and security procedures.

Participate in community outreach and branch events to enhance the bank’s visibility and reputation.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
