We are seeking a candidate who resides in Bucharest or another city in the southern or western part of Romania, is fluent in Romanian, and has at least one year of experience in active sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategy and grow sales within the designated territory;
• Achieve planned sales targets;
• Identify and onboard new clients;
• Ensure timely and complete payment for products and fulfillment of contractual obligations by clients;
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with clients and participate in industry trade events;
• Monitor the "Beauty" market and visit sales locations within the designated territory.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Romanian and Ukrainian (or Russian);
• Knowledge of English is an advantage;
• At least one year of experience in active sales;
• Own a car and a valid driver’s license;
• Willingness to travel for business (minimum of 5 working days per month);
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems;
• Negotiation skills;
• Result-oriented, self-organized, and communicative.
