Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making processes. The Data Scientist will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, build predictive models, and provide actionable insights. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful data solutions that optimize our strategies and product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights

• Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms

• Design and execute A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of strategies

• Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights

• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance in analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow)

• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and data visualization tools

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
